Description
Cultivar: Local Legend
Type: Indica-Dominant Hybrid Feminized Photoperiod
Lineage: Local Skunk F3 × 1981 Roadkill Skunk
Flower Time: 65-70 Days
Yield: High / Massive "Caked" Flowers
Stretch: 2:1
Aroma: A "room-disruptor" that is straight-up rotten. Most phenotypes are lime green and carry an aggressive, gassy chemical funk mixed with oily gamey pungent grease. Select phenotypes leaning toward the Roadkill side can express acrid undertones of fermented elderberry, but the overarching profile is decaying organic matter and garage chemicals.
Flavor: Intense and savory. It leaves a distinct oily film on the palate with flavors of earthy hash, burnt rubber, and gamey musk. The smoke is thick and sticks to the back of the throat.
Effects: Instantly euphoric and in some cases anxiety triggering at first but becomes a deeply narcotic and ancient stoney buzz that is divine. The heavy Afghani influence delivers a stupefying, couch-lock stone. It provides a "cloudy" mental state and a total physical shutdown-classic old-school heavy-hitter power.
Visuals & Structure: Offers a mix of looks from bright lime-green to deep purple finishes. The buds are "caked" in a dense layer of greasy resin, forming massive, heavy colas that require support.
Grower's Note: This is a high-skill cultivar. Due to the sensitive nature of the mash up genetics and possible inbreeding of genotypes through years of preservation, this strain is highly susceptible to stress. It requires a dialed-in environment, as light leaks, temperature swings, or aggressive training can trigger stress responses. This is a "Breeder's Choice" for those who want the true funk and have the environment to support it and the time to pheno hunt for stability and resistance to environmental stresses.
