Aroma: This is the definition of an exquisite "Gentleman's Smoke." It moves away from the woodsy notes of the King and leans into a world of buttery decadence. The nose is dominated by a rich, toasted-butter sweetness and a thick, gelato-style creaminess. Underneath that smooth exterior is a massive foundation of earthy gas. It smells like a high-end bakery that sits right next to a refinery-savory, sweet, and heavy.
Flavor: Exceptionally smooth and "mouth-coating." On the inhale, it tastes like sweet, buttery dough and creamy earth. The exhale is where the King's gas takes over, leaving a rich, fuel-flavored film on the tongue. It lacks the sharp woodsy bite, offering instead a refined, savory-sweet experience that feels "expensive" on the palate.
Effects: A "velvet hammer." Royal Gas provides a sophisticated, relaxing high that is deeply calming. It is physically heavy and "anchoring," providing a sense of total composure and euphoria. It's the perfect smoke for winding down in style.
Visuals & Structure: This was the "eye candy" of the first drop. Like its donor SaVAge King, the trichomes rail up the sugar leaves in thick, white lines of frost. The buds are significantly larger and chunkier than the King S1, showing off massive, swollen calyxes. The flowers are a vibrant light green, completely smothered in a greasy, sticky resin layer.
Grow Notes: Royal Gas became a legend because it was the most "user-friendly" and high-yielding in the first drop. It was a vigorous grower that stayed structurally sound despite the massive weight of its flowers. It delivered the "King" look and potency but with the commercial-scale harvest weight of the Biscotti lineage.
